Summary: We needed an extra bed and they did all for us to be happy. Rooms are huge and everything is top quality and perfect

Summary: Smell of mould everywhere. In my room it was impossible to breathe or sleep. The hotel offered no help at first but after more complaints they sent an air purifying machine. It did not remove the smell entirely but it eased it some so I could rest after one sleepless night. They were renovating on our floor (18th) which we were not warned in advance about. It was impossible to rest during the day as the noise was constant. The hotel offered no compensation for all this inconvenience. We had 2 rooms, a party of 3

Summary: Hotel was great and staff was excellent. Unfortunately it’s attached to the Redeau Centre which currently is overrun with drug addicts. Very uncomfortable to be there with my young children. Very sad for the hotel that the city has let this happen.

Summary: Best location in the city. Great gym, nice looking pool (didn’t use it). Friendly staff. Best hotel bar/restaurant. Downside. No plugs near bed or really anywhere except at the desk and they were not tight so my cords were falling out. Bathroom plugs also loose.

Summary: barking dog over two days, the guests were leaving the dog alone in their room! I did go down to complain and nothing changed, it started barking at 8:30 this morning The spa was unusable because of rowdy kids again both day of our stay
